Carol Wright, BVSc. Cert VR Cert SAS MRCVS

Carol Wright

Carol is an associate partner of Vale Vets and is responsible for soft tissue surgery referrals.

Carol qualified from the University of Bristol in 1991. She spent three and a half years in mixed practice in Shropshire, before returning to the University of Bristol to take up a residency in small animal soft tissue surgery. The next three and a half years were spent working at Langford under the guidance of Professor Holt, Mr JG Lane and the late Professor Pearson.

Carol gained the RCVS certificate in Veterinary radiology in 1995 and the RCVS Small Animal Surgery certificate in 1997.

After completing the surgery residency she joined Vale Vets in 1998.

Carol enjoys all aspects of soft tissue surgery, but is especially interested in oncologic and reconstructive surgery.

Carol lives in a sleepy Cotswold village with Pete and his two children and a gorgeous black Labrador puppy.

Most of her spare time is taken up with horse riding and she is currently schooling a young horse. They have just started competing (with varying success!) at local shows.
