About The Practice

About The Practice

Vale Vets was established in 1989, by Nick Stuart who took over an existing practice in Dursley. The practice grew and moved to the current hospital site in 1995. The referral practice evolved from within the first opinion practice. The first referral clinician to join the practice was Dr Mark Patteson. Soft tissue referrals soon joined cardiology and the practice was extended to allow brand new theatre facilities to be added. The referral practice has expanded since then. We now have 4 clinicians based in the hospital and a further 4 visiting clinicians.

We pride ourselves on providing a small, but friendly and approachable referral service for our referring vets.
